Advanced Flavors & Fragrances works with food and beverage brands across Asia-Pacific to develop bespoke flavor systems. This portal is where our customers submit the detailed brief that starts a new flavor development project.

Access is by invitation

The brief form is not open to the public. If you are an existing VKAFF customer, your account manager will email you a personal link to the form. Please open the brief from that email and complete it in one sitting if you can.

If you do not have a link and would like to start a new project with us, please contact our sales team at sales@vkaff.com.

What happens after you submit

1. Your brief is reviewed by our technical team within two working days.
2. A project manager is assigned and will reach out to confirm details or ask follow-up questions.
3. Our flavorists begin sampling work once the brief is locked in, and we share first samples according to the timeline you provide.
